About Fallowfield Partnership Ltd
Founded in early 2009 by Lee and Elissa Holloway, Fallowfield Partnership was incorporated on 1st April 2010 with Lee remaining as full time managing director and Elissa consulting to the business on training, development and HR projects.
Lee trained initially as a journalist,
leading to marketing, sales and project management roles within the event industry. Following a directorship to
SMS Group in 2006 Lee qualified in health & safety, and worked at the forefront of industry regulation being amongst the first to achieve independent certification to the BS8901 sustainability standard in 2008.
As MD of Fallowfield Partnership Lee provides technical and commercial support to ESSA, the Event Supplier and Services
Association. He has contributed to the further development of BS8901, sitting on the British Standards ISO20121 development committee, and is assigned to various other industry wide health, safety and environmental projects including the Competency Register, eGuide and Ops Network. Other clients include Hotelympia, Wilson Brown Live Events, TEEM Services and Geometry PR.
Lee is a member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and the British Safety Council and is a regular health, safety and environment columnist in Stand Out Magazine.
